hello. in which cases we are computing the means? say for example I m computing haemoglobin concentration for 140 patients and the underlying distribution is skewed . can I assume normality here because the distribution means will be normally distributed or I should not assume normality and use a parametric test Is the central limit theorem an inherent function in the statistical programs and its immediately executed or we run it by ourselves
