He first blames the government for not creating private sector jobs without specifying what the government needs to do. Then he says that people need quality jobs. Tell me any country which has this? Not even the US has this. Then he wants people to respect jobs for other people. This is something that a kid would say. Blaming the government for everything was a trend in India which started back in the 1980s and continues till date. It's high time people have better and clear demands from the government rather than pushing their entire failure on the government. I've been earning around 27,000 to 35,000 every month, just by translating and writing script for videos on youtube and for facebook pages who post informative posts.. lol.. and also write in देवनागरी.. a lot of people couldn't type in devnagari but since i can i am making more money through it rather than just english content.. there is very demand for Hindi devnagari typist but people are less.. i am glad i could type hindi

@Souven Tudu there are multiple tiers in the recruitment process. *Apply - *wait for months for the written exam Pre * Again wait for few months for Written result of Pre * After declaration of Pre result, after few months give Mains exam * Then again wait for few months for the declaration of mains result * Wait several months for Skill test like Typing or and other * Again wait for document verification and final result * After final result again wait for few months to get joining letter So, this is the journey and it will easily consumes your 3 year's.

@Souven Tudu it's not possible, they conduct exam tier wise to filter out only the most suitable or u can say best candidates from lakhs of applicants. For a Group D job in Railways, crores of applications were received, it's not possible to conduct their exams simultaneously. So they also conduct the pre in several shifts, after filtering some thousands candidates they again conduct mains, then again filter candidates for skill testing.

Who said govt job back in the 70-80s was easy, heck it was harder than today. People back in the day did not have access to amenities and resources like we have today and still there were IAS, IPS and so on posts then. No classes, no tech only pure reading and handwork

There is a plan for disinvestment of Vizag steel plant etc, vacancies are less compared to previous years in govt jobs due to financial situation of govt's. and Many people are educated now a days compared to those days. @@shubham_M7777 both have pros and cons. You cant exactly compare both. But still the worst kinds of jobs are from local private companies. Neither their compensation nor job stability can match to that of Govt jobs. If you work in MNCs then its best but during recession they may cut the workforce. But in govt jobs, you get sufficient money, benefits and limited promotions. Its about what you want in life. Either enormous money and promotions, go to MNCs and keep working hard, change companies. Or you want stable income and recession proof job, go for govt one. But everywhere you have to give your best, otherwise you will be out of job market. If you think that taking bribe is ok, then surely one day you may get caught. Govt has strictly implemented zero tolerance policy. You can be in trouble in just one complaint, though it depends on whether you actually did it or it was a false allegation. If proven guilty, there are serious consequences including confiscation of all your wealth and retirement benefits.

Treating someone nicely and giving them tip are two different things. If I earn 20k per month, i would not tip them because I need money for other stuff as well, but I sure can treat them nicely.

You are American citizen with lot of disposable income in even Engineers are working for 12k₹ per month. India is stuck by over population. Govt does not take any welfare projects to alleviate poverty but eliminating the poor is their objective

I by no means suggest that everyone should tip … Just that hard working poor people should be receiving a living wage… and yes even professionals should receive wages that are commensurate with their work …. I completely understand when you say that engineers get paid less … trust me I was also there once , just that it’s been a long time since then …. Hope working conditions improve for poor as well as professionals

@cs student haha no i just thought if someone is spending 5yrs on upsc, at the same time you can also appear in state psc. Majority of all serious upsc aspirants if not in upsc, make it in bpsc/uppsc etc

People who prepare for other exams simultaneously after 2-3 attempts generally have some good govt job in their hand, if not central civils... Like an investment, its always better to diverge your options.

We don't even learn concepts bro, speaking of maths toppers can score 100/100 but can't even explain simple concepts of maths. Ek specific job jisme seats bohot kam hain usi ko karna hai sabko to kahan se milegi success, aur by probability obviously koi na koi to top karega hi(wo bhi relative hai dekh lo) aur sare coaching wale dhindhora peetenge, ye ab se 10-20 saal pehle bhi chalta tha bas tumko pata ab chal raha hai aur aage bhi aisa hi chalne wala hai.

In India practice you need to slog for 11-12 hours specially in audit department. And I work for offshore unit. 8-9 hours are effective hours. Hey. Hi I'm 3rd year bcom student and also CA inter student. I appeared for CA inter group 1 attempt may 2023 but failed due to taxation. I faced failure for the first time. I just went into depression. My parents are forcing me to leave this course and prepare for govt job. But I'm confused as what to do. My dream is to build a great corporate career. Pls suggest.

I m a govt servent and after 5 years of service I fed up with my job and department, not bcz I have work load but bcz of corruption, VIP culture, irresponsible work, formalities of paper works etc, I belong from a middle class background that's why I have to continue, I m preparing for pcs also but when I see officers around me I feel like all system Is corrupt, as a lower post I m a token bcz I can't do corruption and as a officer maybe it will be continue.......one more thing that I notice they hv made CASTEs in govt services also like IAS is a caste, PCS is a caste, clerk is a cast nd their social bonds also follows their CASTE only

For someone from poor background it is understandable that he will prepare for govt exams but middle class families preparing for govt jobs especially in psu jobs which are going to be privatised in the future doesn't make any sense.

@@gutsy3597 sometimes parents can't afford a technical degree for every child and it's not possible to work without such degree esp. for people belonging to small towns or rural area where job opportunities are non existent. Technical Education is expensive and everyone can't afford to settle in metro / big cities in search of a job.

Not always. Private sector salaries are very low except in IT or high management positions. They barely exceed 3- 4 lacs. And on the other hand even govt clerical can earn more with less grueling work

@@byron2477 No they can't just fire any employee for no reason. That is why there are labour laws in the constitution of the country. It is to ensure there is no nepotism and bigotry in the private sector. Indian labour laws are very poor and politicians don't want to improve them. India will be a 3rd world nation for the next million years if this continues.

Your 3rd point is very important. There are lakhs of vacant posts still no recruitment is done. Maybe government doesn't wants to give salary

@@The_invincible121 sure bro... I didn't have any plan to start preparations for govt job, but circumstances made me so.. I am preparing for Upsc cse but also started giving other exams.. So I cleared ssc selection post phase 8, then given RBI grave b mains this time and also got selected in NVS for one post.. Just be consistent..!!

totally agreed man they dont understand peace of mind concept people prefer gov jobs because u have time for family enough money to feed future generation and in private sectors there is ergomaniacs therefore u most of the times stay underpayed

I beg to disagree...it depends on which kind of job you have in private sector. You will get better growth oppertunity. You get more exposure and options. But you have to keep on reskilling yourself. Job security is not a question when you have relevant skillsets. Many private job employees are taking early retirement in there 40-50 and investing their money to enjoy the rest of the life with peace of mind as well.
