I have had this Browning A5 for years and have hunted hard with it. I finally had my first problem with it. The recoil pad was falling apart. This video shows you what happened and how to replace the recoil pad and how good or bad the Browning Customer Service is.

Thanks for the video. I have the am Issue with My A5. I blamed the velcro on my gun case...but maybe it is just a very soft pad. Gonna call Browning Monday.

Thanks for the info on the butt pad been looking for one for a few months and just called and had one sent out!
