Had the same problem. This happens when the robot is too long on stock unused. Happens even more if it is preused and was not used for couple of months. The OUT pipe from the water pump goes to a small white "cylinder" and after that out to the mop. This cylinder is a one-way valve preventing the water from leaking. If the mopping function is not being used for a long time, the plastic parts in the valve stick together, the valve is blocked. You need to use a small syringe, disconnect the pipe from the pump and press water using the syringe through the valve opening it. Do not give up, it can be stubbornly stuck, press repeatedly and also blow through it. Eventually it will open and you will see water coming out the 3 small out holes.
@@MorpHeer If this is the case than you have to know, if the small mopping water pump is running or not during moping session. It is just a tiny motor. If not, there can be much more going on, eg. broken motor, wires to the motor, contacts to the wires to the motor etc.
@@MorpHeer If you cannot solder, use multimeter etc. only sound can help you. Try mopping only and listen :-) Or quiet vacuuming, with and without mopping and listen if there is any difference...as others have noted, best would be use 5 volt source and try if the motor actually works.
I had the same issue. Returned once and with replacement one had same issue aswell. After 2 dry runs i was going to return it for good. But against all odds got it working. The way i Fix it: Fill that water container with more pressure. I was too careful before with water filling. With that pressure water got its way to that little inlet pipe inside. Next mop job and after awile.. water coming yey!
Solved. The problem in micro water pump. From factory holes for membrane are blocked due to bad quality of manufacture of plastic. Very simple procedure ( 10 min). Warranty not involved. Dismount cover remove pump with 2 pcs pvc hoses. Disassemble pump (4 small screws). With a needle pass through hoses and small holes near membrane’s. Check by mouth passing air and vacuum. Also you can check it with ac/dc adapter 5v. Just put one of the pvc hose in cup with water. You will see suction or bubbles. That means working. Good luck
I confirm that this solution worked for me. The water tank is a simple device so it's not necessary to wait for replacement (which could also be broken eventualy). 1) Disassemble everything and try blowing into hoses. (My "OUT" hose from the pump was blocked) 2) Blow 3 little holes on the bottom or stick a needle into them. 3) Try that the water pump is working. Power the motor from 5V phone charger and put "IN" hose into cup of water and watch if water comes from the other hose. 4) If water pump is working and everything is assebled again then run the motor for a while until water visibly comes from 3 little holes on the bottom.
@@jankopecky8311 Dobrý den, stejný problém čerpadlo netlačí vodu do těch třech otvorů.
Možná to bude v tom. Zkuste motor napájet nějakou chvíli z 5V nabíječky na mobil a třeba se to profoukne samo :).
@@jankopecky8311 tak vyzkoušeno a funguje to. Navíc jsem jehlou kterou jsem nahřál zvětšil trochu ty otvory co vedou do vstupu a výstupu. Teď vše funguje naprosto skvěle.
Hy everybody. I bought mine as a resale. I found out that the reason was that the mop did not work as no water was coming out of it. So, took out the 2 in 1 tank and I forced the litlle pump to work by apllying 5V dc voltage from a source (wich could be a 5 Volts standard phone charger) both ways on the two metal connectors near the pump. I mean I gave it direct and then inverse polarity. At first the pump did not respond, but after 2-3 attempts, it started. So, now it works just fine. Do not give up. This is what you need to do. God bless and good luck!
I had the same issue. So I took a look at the pump the two metal tabs on the side near the pump are the power contacts .And the pumps says it is 5v I used 8v then 4v on the contacts and the motor ran ,once the pump and lines had water in them I ran it for two tank fulls. and then tried it on the cleaner and even though I did not see much water on the floor the mop was very wet .
When I purchased the vacuum cleaner, the water tank worked just fine. However, when I purchased 2 replacement water tanks, I had this issue both the times. I used it in Vacuum and Mop mode for several hours, but could not get the water out of the tank. Right when I was about to give up and contact the company, it started working by itself. It has worked perfectly since then. I don't know how it works, but if you are having this issue on your first use, just be patient with it. It will get resolved by itself.
Take your pump and reverse the two connections then run it with batteries. Then reverse again and it'll start working again. I've had this issue for the past month and just figured it out tonight when I tore it all apart
I have exactly the same problem with the very same robot. Bought mine 3 days ago - mop stays dry. If I wet it then the water I've added gets to the floor but then the mop dries eventually. I think this is a bad batch we got... returning the unit to the shop tomorrow.
Bought the same model from Pammi in Australia and facing the same issue. The seller will be sending me a replacement water tank and let's see how it goes.
I have the same issue guys, thought I had done something wrong. I got a replacement watertank and 4 months later its not working again. very dissapointing!
I dont have have such a problem. It states in the manual that you should wet the mop before starting the mopping. This is helpful as the pomp is pushing the water very slowly.
@@Ceicob and do you have the latest fw 1.6.5 xxx installed? I just wish to know if it is a fw problem or simply my unit is faulty. Thank you for your support!
