Julie's perspective is wrong the real definition of fahashi is when a person is wearing such tight clothes that every body part is visible or wearing very short clothes on purpose . Secondly, she herself is saying that Islam has asked to keep your eyes low infront of someone then Islam has also asked that do hijab then why girls are wearing short clothes in islamic society or country why a women is wearing such clothes. Thirdly, in the group of 5 or 10 people 1 girl is wearing short clothes, tight jeans, net shirt aur shirt from which her body parts are visible, them obviously a people's eyes will go there and in Islam women's clothes are shalwar kameez not the tight ones or not the two piece suit dupatta is given, so that a girl can cover her head and burqah is given so that a girl can prevent a person to take an advantage of her short clothes or, so that she can protect her private bodyparts.
