I heard the same thing but I went through 3 acdelco sensors that was bad and install with a duralast and haven't had anymore problems.I think it's luck of the draw because all this shit is made in china just rebadged
Only after a flush or a new pan and gasket when all fluid is drained u aint gotta have it running to add or top off… lol u shadetree u and them 9 likes
blue smoke is due to bad valve seals in the heads. When the car sits after running, oil gets by the valve seals in the heads and gets into the combustion chamber causing it to smoke when it cranks up
That bad boy sounds good you did a great job on that I know you not finished yet but when you do it's going to be one of the best looking Malibu with pearl paint job you killing them right now keep doing your thing
One thing i learned from ls swap, is to run the motor especially if cammed AS LESS AS POSSIBLE, until the proper tune is in. Plugs will foul quick, and sensors will fail because the computer is confused
Salute to you for doing all the wiring yourself that is what I absolutely hate and always hire someone to do which I should probably learn how to do it myself because its not cheap
Bro,you need to check those rocker gen 3 rocker are straight. The exhaust and intake rockers are the same. The one I saw looks like it was slanted.trying to look out. I could be wrong.

Yea thats yo cable linkage bro, it need a lil bit mo length on it because its hanging up after you go in gear and its not going back in park all the way, my linkage doing the same thang after i go in gear i cant go back in park unless i go up under it and manully put it in park, i know for a fact my linkage is too short
Watching you change the TPS sensor gave me an idea. I was having high idle issues with my swap. Changed the sensor and it idled down to normal. Thanks for sharing
Always best to do things yourself so if something happens you dont have to rely on anyone else. Dealing with shops these days is a nightmare.. SO learn to do as much as you can yourself and if you need help there are people online always willing to help. You did a good job. At least you have a painter you can rely on. That is usually the worst to deal with
Also get the transmission linkage adjusted bro it might be sticking. Also make sure the shifter isn’t tight or sticking.check the cable also it might be to tight.
