breaking down, processing and packaging dry ice. NOT making it. its already done when video begins. clearer and cleaner vid titles would really help. Often misleading content based on the title, and in a non likely deliberate click baity type way. But still entertaining channel.

Good catch and good recommendations. I too was wanting to see how CO2 is turned into Dry Ice. I wonder what the CO2 gas level is in plant? As the dry Ice sublimates (go from solid to gas without liquid phase) releases lots of CO2. It can be dangerous even at fairly low concentrations. Only way to prevent it is to lower temperature of works areas down to -110 degrees or colder.

То есть лёд прибывает на фабрику уже сухим. На видео только фасовка.

I wonder what the CO2 gas level is in plant? As the dry Ice sublimates (go from solid to gas without liquid phase) releases lots of CO2. It can be dangerous even at fairly low concentrations. Only way to prevent it is to lower temperature of works areas down to -110 degrees or colder. Adequate ventilation is simple. CO2 is heavier than air so it builds up near floor and tops of work benches. Exhaust ducts can collect then release CO2 outside.
