He literally has an empathetic and sympathetic heart. He enters these people’s homes with the utmost respect. He makes sure his teams doesn’t just throw people’s belongings disrespectfully out of the property. I respect this King so much! Thank you for being a good human being.❤️💯

Some really doesnt know they have only 10 days after court. Some even believe after judgement of the court that if they pay the rent they can stay. And that's not true. If you pay back rent before courts then no eviction. If it goes to court then you just been Sued for back rent plus evicted. All you did was pay the civil suit but eviction is still in process and they dont understand that. It's sad. That's why you get in writing you can stay if you paid the back rent in full. I feel bad for this kid. Sad! I hope they have a place.

Think like them: Why clear out the house, when you can wait for the process server and have a whole crew pack your stuff up nicely by the curb. All the tenant has to do is park a trunk and load it.

I just stumbled across your videos & I love watching them. I used to be a process server & in Oklahoma I NEVER stepped foot in ANYONE’S house bc in OK we have what’s called a “make my day” law. Doesn’t matter who you are…you enter someone’s house & they have the right to shoot/kill you. Very dangerous!!!

Panicking and freaking out doesn't really solve any problems. He probably knew it was coming one day as well. No one is truly surprised by an eviction because they know they haven't been paying and have already been to court.

Yes. Once the Officers of the Courts arrive at the property with the signed writ, the former tenant no longer lives there, rain or shine.
