2 main things drive our motivation. 1st is Desire & 2nd is Fear. Now we have the power to chose Desire and to be free. or Chose Fear and become a prisoner of the imaginary fear monster we created in our mind.

Notes: I am not a procrastinator I have a habit of procrastinating so it can be replaced with habit of doing things on time ..! Your brain's job is to make u stay alive and comfortable so it try to avoid the hard and painful task or goal u decided to do..! Whenever U feel that some task is hard or painfull to do then remember the hardship and misery u will go through in future if u avoid it..! If some task is boring and mundane associate it with some reward if u complete it ..! U can also associate boring task with things u actually value in life ..! like if I don't work out I will not be able to travel of live my life freely I always have the health constrains ..! The habit of procrastination can be easily reversed by asking simple questions like : What are the task I want to avoid. What is the uncomfortable emotion that I want to Avoid.

Hi madam, your speech gave me a refreshing thoughts. Thanks for this video. Lesson for this video are Brain is always try to put ourself in comfort zones. Brain is not interested to get involved in insecure and threat activities. That's the nature of the brain. But if we tell our brain that if we don't do this, we are the problems we will face in the future then our brain looks for a way to accomplish our task. Suppose, If I don't exercise for 15 days, I may become weak or pressure level may go up. So I need to do exercise. This is how we need to tell our brain 🧠. Amazing. I already read this a few years ago. Now your speech again helping me. Thanks a billion madam. Actually we can train our brain in a way we like. It is just a practice. If we do the things we like, them positive chemical will be generated like serotonin, oxytocin

Recently I have seen your continuous advertisements on RU-vid, whenever your video flashed almost my ears went into pain, such a most irritating advertisement I've ever seen. It would be better if the volume is low, have you ever listened to your ad when you are in calm mode or watching any melody songs? I couldn't control myself and found your channel and commented. I'm not sure how you are training others without understanding the basic nature, if possible watch your video with a medium level of volume, your hearing power will go out.😡😡😡😡😡😡

what was the task basically? first of all, we have to separate some things because procrastination is a subject as you say, Dear Doctor if my mind says that works worship my body reacts like the way. but somehow he said Naah i will treat it like Procrastination then my body will feel good according to my mind lets Procraste. Now get on the grounds of everything we all know and take the food for life but what is the way to take the food to have a better life is art nowadays and we are following the masters of that. Doc one thing I want to say as I go through the word comes from the Hindi language Jugad is the remedy for all the problems that reside in the world because its the primary stage of any invention to help out the human being in any way. Procrastination is power I understand but we have to understand the ideology behind it........................
