5:42 after I tap on the background to select it, the background turned into the same color as the rose line art. When I tap invert, the rose became the same color as a line art. My line art did not turn white as what you have done in your video. I need help. Thank you so much.

I had the same issue! What I did to fix it was I had color fill on so if you turn that off it should work

At about 6min, you select the background and invert to get the lines. It’s not working for me when I do “invert”. Any idea why? 😅

Ohh now i see, what he did was only tap it, but what actually happens is you have to hold it and move left to right to hold the background

Fun tutorial ! Felt like we were diving into some of your older artwork, great stuff ! Had an idea for an ice rose, one could take the properties of the green gem tutorial and fabricate into blue tones and shape of rose. Always enjoyed and looking forward to Sunday morning 🖼️

Best advice is be okay with failing. Don't let failing turn you away keep at it. I have hardly any experience either and thank God it's digital cause the amount I would have thrown away is outstanding.

But that is the way o was working, it would be inaccurate to the way I was working, if you turn your screen brightness up you should see fine

I don't know why but I'm completely stuck at 8:53 where you're adding the grey texture parts. I've drawn on one petal for the eighth time and it doesn't look right at all. What am I doing wrong? @jamesjulier-artist.

Mine isn’t going as planned either. For some reason my airbrush doesn’t seem as small or something. Also his looks like something is happening, mine looks questionable
