This shows Proctors, a complete wheelwright's workshop at Sovereign Hill museum, Ballarat, Vic. Australia, set up mostly with original old Defiance (USA) waggon wheel making machinery.
It is fully operational, and has been since the early 1990s.
Some of the equipment originally came from Healey Bros at Newcastle, NSW. The West's Patent cold tyre setter came from UK, but there is footage of a North American one also operating in Australia.
