I’m so sick of seeing it. It’s not cute at all. I understand performance makeup, but they literally just slap blush on their face and call it a “look”, like no.
it’s not meant to be natural the judge panels are very far back and then you smile it’s hard to see faces. the blush makes it easier to see their face!
@@meliastockdale7274overblushing is normal in cheer and stuff but midnights signature thing is to put on way too much. its not a regular cheer thing its a midnight thing. this isnt regular overblushing
While I like the theme, and the routine looks so cool and entertaining……I hope they know that Wednesday doesn’t wear blush, and considering how dark and morbid she is…..she would never wear a bright colored blush. I mean if we look up the Addams Family from 1964, the one with Christina Ricci, the animated version, and then the one with Jenna Ortega…..literally none of them wore blush and while the actresses did have to wear makeup, the makeup was meant to look like they weren’t wearing any “no makeup makeup look.” So while, the huge slab of blush on their faces is their signature and a fan favorite….it doesn’t fit the theme of Wednesday, and it might ruin the theme to.
@@kassie650hahahaha no it hasnt. ive loved midnight since 2018 when they got way more famous than they were before. back then it was pretty normal. in the 2021 to 2022 season thwy were over blushing a bit but not as severe. last year is when they went all out with the ugly overblushing. i saw a video of a mom of a midnight athlete using the audio of kim k saying "you guys look like fucking clowns" and one of the girls took the blush and stuck the package directly on her face to apply it. didnt use a brush or blender. it was so ugly.
No they look the same…..pretty much 2018, through now it’s all similar. Same with Senior Elite, now that’s not to say that they’re not good but within the past couple of seasons their routines seem super repetitive, at least with Midnight they do get creative with the stunts while SE just sticks to being basic with them.
