Same for me. Got to know them better by watching their variety shows and travel episodes. I like those as much as I like their music. They are such a bunch of genuine guys that I feel close to them than any other superstar. I don't know any other way to explain it, but that's how I feel 💜
man, i'm not an army but I've been watching these guys for the past two weeks nonstop bc I just find them so fascinating. Everything from their live performances to the songs themselves, ITS TRULY MESMERAZING and this song SLAPS you can just tell its going to be a hit and I can't wait to see a live version!

BTS goes live to hang out with ARMY. Sometimes it’s planned, sometimes it’s just chill and chat. The RUN, BTS show is also in WeVerse with some of the more recent shows. Blake thinking that BTS was always serious? Yes they are serious when it comes to their craft but what's important they really love what they are doing that's why they are always having fun doing it. Unlike other artist who does it purely for money and fame. This guys are really on a different level. And what sets them apart is they respect and support each other's individuality which you don't really see from other artist.

People may have suggested this before but if you WANT to get to know them more personally I would suggest watching their ‘Run BTS’ episodes. You can watch them on Vlive and Weverse. They’re honestly really hilarious and they don’t take themselves too seriously and they’re always laughing at each other which makes me love them even more lol

They tease each other, act like family/brothers and feel incomplete if one member is missing. They have a bond that I've never seen with any other group, and I love it. Like you said, it's why I came to listen to their music, and stayed because of them themselves. And yes, you can tell that they are having a blast! If you watch the behind the scenes, they always have fun and enjoy whatever they are doing.And yes, they don't do it for the streams, they do it for their fans and because it's what they love doing. They have been highlighting the members I just think because you are learning more about them you can start appreciating them as real artists. They really work super friggin hard and will be the first person to downplay all the sacrifices they've made, but when you learn about their work ethic and contribution to their music you realize they deserve all the recognition they get and MORE! They're still not as respected as they should be and that's why I ride so hard for them - they deserve it! STEAM BUTTER :)

i agree. they can have these massive presence visual wise, songs that are awesome and they are amazingly talented but what hooks you more is their goofy personalities, their bond, their humility, their passion and their impeccable work ethic. They've worked hard to get where they are but they remain the 7 boys we all love.

I personally loved how aesthetically pleasing the mv is, from the fits to the background set up to the hairstyles. This mv is powerful already and it's gonna break records and above it it'll be a RECORD MAKER. I'm so happy for our boys. They all did so well. Kim Taehyung stole my heart with his additional quirkiness though and I'm not even surprised anymore because it's not Taehyung if he doesn't add his own lil effects in his part. Yoongi's verse is so powerful. I'm living for it. They know we're whipped for them and they're so hot for this.

Rather than them finding themselves as the reason to do this sort of music more, I don't think this is their defined style but rather this is how they get "in" the western music world e.g. gunning for Grammys again. Sad fact that I think they've accepted is a Korean language song is very unlikely to be nominated.
I was thinking about the direction of BTS' music and I actually think that Dynamite really did opened a different channel for them to produce more different music. I believe the way BTS has been constructing their albums kinda push them into making title tracks fitting into the theme/concept and the message of the album, so most of the time their title tracks had to be the leading narrative for the album that they were coming out with. Dynamite being the first single that wasn't plan to be included in an album really did gave them the chance to do a single song that stands on its own. So singles like Dynamite and Butter can be made with the aim for a wider audience and the musical style could be more consistent in that sense. Cause if you look at Life Goes On we can see that for albums title tracks, they were still be made with concepts and message as the foundation of musical choices. So I guess we will have to see if the next title track will still be the same musical style and production as Dynamite and Butter or not, pretty interesting thing to look for.
I feel like Butter is a upgraded version of Dynamite. If we go lyrically ofc Butter is better than Dynamite cause the lyrics feel a bit more minimalistic (we know BTS lyrics are usually complicated to comprehend because the lyrics are mostly deep). If we go MV wise then again Butter is better (Dynamite is not bad MV but now if look at it. It is not much compared to Butter as Butter has a bit more context to the MV. Butter MV is creatively made you can see the camera work is perfectly done then also all the boys have a dance break). I personally have no problem with BTS making songs in English (as long as they're comfortable with it). I'm looking forward to more such songs in the future. Army fighting!!!
When I first heard the song, I was a little underwhelmed, but I've been listening to it all day to get the views and I'm really into it now. I feel like it's that way with me with all of their songs.

I love the beat of the beat of this as it gives me queen vibes. It's so so cute and such a beautiful song and it's also got that sexy vibe to it aswell. I couldn't stop smiling at it as the song is so catchy and I now have the chorus stuck in my head. The vocals are amazing and the raps omg I love then so much. And omg the styles are amazing they look amazing in what wver they wear. The MV itself is amazing as ever and the choreo is on point like always. I literally have no words how I'm feeling right now but all I know is this entire MV and song is making me smile and feel so happy. Also Yoongi, Jin (my ult bias wreckers) and Jimin (my ult bias) just stole my heart in this song and MV. Let's "Get it, Let it roll"

I was looking for this kind of comment. I totally agree. They already have their essence, but they always are trying new styles, and that's something I love about them. I love Dynamite and of course I love Butter, but I like even more their work from the beginning until MOP 7. I would say for example that Black Swan is a peace of art.

Butter showed BTS' duality perfectly. Like in one scenario they're all serious and then in the other they're smiling and goofing around. I feel like Butter is a upgraded/better version of Dynamite as all of them got good amount of lines and screentime. Butter really showed their charming personalities ^^
