amazing track, and an awesome overview. i picked up the arturia fx collection over the holidays and am really glad i did, couldn't believe the deal on that one.
I try my best to make more, but I rarely use Reason to make jungle, mostly hardware. But I haven't done any new stuff to show as I have a million other stuff to do :/
Hey. As far as I remember, as it's an old track, i preprogrammed the filter which might be the usual Reason filter, and then resampled the filtered break elements and used that as sample, if that makes sense.
Brilliant as always . I use some tape vsts and I have been using decemort 2 recently. I am interested in investing in the reverb you use and a delay as I have used the reason stock for years . I feel the reason reverb is way to thin and the reason echo/delay line are OK but it looks like you have opened my mind to better options. Thanks mate :)
What elements do you use decimort on? Also what kind of settings/presets? I've had it for ages but rarely use it, so would love any advice on incorporating it
@@christhescientist some times breaks. Either as an insert or I may bounce it. I start with 16bit 32 kHz little smidge of low pass filter(just knock a little top end off 10k. Dither half way up. Just have a play around with that setting. Or I may resample with it on an insert so when I half time a break it sounds fookin gritty and nasty. I sometimes put only that on my master and mix into it. I also like chow tape emulator on the master , it has a great filter on it to tame them highs down and add subtle imperfections .
