You are a gifted teacher, David; glad I found you! I've just started this Reaper journey and I see the value in putting in the extra work up front on what I consider to be a special DAW. I definitely appreciate tutorials like this where we learn how to use Reaper and its various functions while actually creating a track. I'm interested in creating various genres of music and sound design, but would love to see your take on creating a Synthwave track in Reaper! Thanks, David!
Tip: You can edit the velocities directly in the sequencer (Megababy) by holding Ctrl + left drag (pc) or Cmd + left drag (mac) and moving your mouse up and down over the note in the sequencer. You can also Ctrl/Cmd + left drag across multiple notes to edit the velocities of multiple notes at once.
Yes, lots of similar functionality and the theme I'm using is actually the I Logic V2 Public theme. There are themes to make REAPER look like other daws as well
