I purchased a LG gas range model LDG4313ST on October 24th 2023 at Lowe’s Outlet in Huntsville Alabama, after installing it in my home the left front igniter was not working, Sears service technician and replaced it, I told him that the stove had a gas odor, no problem was found, the next several days it continued, after contacting LG I was as told I would get a call back within 24 to 48 hours which was the week of thanksgiving, that call never happened, after two days of trying to contact LG I finally got a answer, they scheduled a Sears technician to come out for the second time and he found a leak on the front left the same side front left that I he first problem occurred, he ordered the part Tuesday November 28th day he arrived and found the leak,He said he would be here on Monday December 4th, on December 4th I got a call from Sears that the tech had a truck problem and the next available date would be December 19th. If you want to purchase a LG gas stove will be up to you.
