@@2358H A little chopping is required but its plenty big enough, the design were the pulp comes out could be better designed for cleaning but it only takes a minute and they give you a tool for it. I use my juicer regularly.
Just saw a video...2 years the ceo had been working on it.. the guy in the video with the little boy..he is the ceo there are videos with him and Joe Cross " fat ,sick, and nearly dead" documentary
I am so happy with my Nama! I am absolutely blown away at how quiet it is, how easy to use it is, and how simple and fast the cleanup is! This dream machine has made my life easier and saves me so much time. The juice is amazing. So much more juice from the produce. The best juicer ever!
I just got mine.....I LOVE IT!! It is everything they say it is and I've been juicing for years. Not to mention you can make smoothies & sorbets with this machines (3 different attachments). I literally made my juice at 11PM......and it was so quiet. I wouldn't dare do that with my older machines.😆🤣😂
@@2358H There's a larger slot on the tray to push larger pieces through but I still chop some things. I put the whole celery & carrot sticks in there as well. Cut apples and other fruits into chunks or slices. I love it! Best juicer I've ever had.
@@michellesweightlossjourney6599 are you still happy with this juicer after some time has gone by? I'm considering it--never had the cold press juicer type before?
Wow. I’ve been using an Omega for years and just saw this juicer on Fully Raw Kristina’s channel. Which led me to this video and I’m completely speechless. It’s like you’ve fixed all the gripes I have with my Omega. I juice daily!! I’m buying this!!!
I am thinking about getting the last kuvings - evo 820. What is your opinion on it if you have one and compared to the juicer of the video ? I am a student and this is a huge investment for me so I do not want to make a mistake.
@@vickyrafael1 And the Kuvings does smoothies and sorbets ! But sooo expensive T.T One the other hand, I am so unhealthy right now, that it could only be a wise decision. I am just about to receive - part of - the money to buy it.
@@igorrosales1799 Unfortunately, that particular juicer stopped working after a year and a half so I upgraded to the Nama J2 juicer. I do love it but the company had to send me 2 new augers after several months of use as mine would expand and it was almost impossible to get it out after juicing. So far, the newest auger they sent me hasn't had that issue- they said they re-designed and so far so good. Otherwise, I do really love it. I use it every day.
OMG the minutia of cleaning this thing every time you use it makes it a DEAL BREAKER. I use my Vitamix with nut juice bags. I only have to rinse the container and the juice bag and I am done...
@@IJUSTWANNAFLYDJIDRONES71 Plus all the juice/milk straining through your hands is unsanitary unless you meticulously scrub up like you’re going into surgery
This reminds me of my JR Ultra juicer. Very very similar. Unfortunately it broke down on me 😞 And I bought one on amazon. This one looks so good but it's a little pricey.
@@Golden_Violet_Herbalist I LOVE my Nama juicer!! It is so worth the price!! I get way more juice than the previous juicer I had, and it is not as noisy. Their customer service is great also! I highly recommend! Just be sure to cut your celery into smaller pieces, it goes thru much easier that way. ♥
i have a problem & it’s too bad i have get on YT to try to get help. no one answers your phone. it takes days for a response using email. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!
Hi Nama I'm in Ghana West Africa I watch your videos a lot and was inspired to order a nama juicer through my sister in the USA It took almost 5 months to arrive and unfortunately for me it doesn't work. It makes so much cricky noise when we put it at on and stops immediately when we feed in fruits or vegetables It's so frustrating for me I've read the Manual back to back just to ensure that it's assembled properly but still. What do I do
How does the pulp look after juicing celery? A lot of the even best juicers leave the pulp wet enough to squeeze alot of juice from. That means you need to make the process multiple times to get it all out and that I'm tired of!
@Mistre SLASE -Be prepared to wait .I purchased mine on the 16th of April. Apparently it's due to covid related issues which prevented them from shiiping it out sooner .I only just received it on the 7th of September. They are extremely slow at shipping out. Plus having an expensive customs charge to receive the item stumped on top of that. :o
I take my VITAMIX and blend the shit out of everything then (only if I want) I take a nut juice milk bag and squeeze the juice into a large bowl and done! It takes 5 seconds to rinse...
@Nezello The vitamix and the juicer is made to do two completely different things... The vitamix is a blender and its purpose is to blend and keep the fiber (pulp) in whatever you make. The juicer is made to separate the pulp from the juice (so if someone is trying to give their body/digestive system a break from breaking down food and getting pure juice from veggies and fruit then they would go for a juicer. They both have their own benefits it just depends on what the person is trying to accomplish. Im heavy into both so I would invest in both
I was told that a spinning basket causes the produce to oxidize too quickly and steals much of the nutrients away. I realize this spins at a slower speed as you have mentioned. How can I reason with this enough to buy this product? I hope there is an answer bc I really want this juicer, but the loss of nutrients bc of an oscillating juicing basket might be a deal breaker. Can you inform me if I'm wrong?
Hi! You have the option to leave the juice cap open, which will allow the juice to flow directly into the container. This will prevent juice from spinning around in the chamber.
Has anyone used this? My parents bought a juicer off amazon and the plastic auger looked like the paint was peeling or the juice was changing its color… Not sure why Has anyone this with the nama?
Hi there! Our juicers are designed to be durable with specific features for effortless cleaning and are built to last. We also offer a 10-year warranty for the Vitality 5800 J1 juicer! Hope this helps! Please let us know if you have any further questions!
Dear Nama, I'm having issues with my brand new juicer. It leaks in several places and the reverse does not appear to work. I got one generic response from your customer service. I've since reached out several times through your support email and via Facebook. I'm not getting any responses at all and my unit is not working right. I heard you were a reputable company, so I'm seriously disappointed in the total disregard your staff has shown me. How can I send my unit back for a full refund or at least get a replacement? I've spent $600 CDN for this juicer and I just want a working one. PLEASE HELP ME.
Does anyone know where this machine is made? I cannot find anything on their website and their "contact us" returns and error message after you click send. Thanks
Customer Service is non-existent. My Nama J2 was delivered with missing parts and I cannot get this company to respond back to me. I love this juicer, but the company leaves much to be desired.
We’re so sorry for the delay! We’re experiencing a bit of a growth spurt and that’s temporarily slowed us down. We’re working around the clock to get caught up and appreciate your patience 😊 Please send an email to support@namawell.com with ATTN RU-vid in the subject line and someone will get back to you ASAP
Well, there's always going to be moisture. Show me a juicer that has dry pulp and it won't be a juicer. This still gives me more juice than I had with my old centrifugal juicers. If you want drier pulp, put it in a nut milk bag and roll it with a rolling pin or squeeze it for more juice. I think the old machines press it (the ones $500-$1200).
