Yep having the same problem with cleaning! I have a smaller one 5 gal. I used a pressure washer to clean it and have been on YT to figure out if there was a different way. I guess not! 😂
I absolutely agree with you 100%!! Its a great waterer. It keeps the water clean but its really hard to clean it out. As for screwing the legs on,,, that's a great idea as I've had it fall a few times. Luckily no fowl were harmed! Thank you for the video!! 😁
Don't know if I'm doing something wrong. But just got one of these and the stopper dosen't stop the water in any position and the water just runs over the top of the bowl.
@@honeysal5240 I was able to fix it, there is supposed to be an o ring in between the spout and the sliding stopper. (It should be above the hole where water comes out.) Mine was missing and I happened to have an o-ring kit and put one on the spout. Hope this helps.
thanks for the overview. definitely seemed hard to clean which is why I didn't spend the money. Out of curiosity, how often do you clean it? and do you find that bowl area stays clean from the chickens kicking up dirt?
