A few years ago, I was involved with an organization which handed out groceries. Some of the leaders was extremely adamant about food being expired past the Best By date. I ended up getting the info from the FDA about food labeling and it said past that date, taste it and if it tasted bad do not eat it. Some things can last nearabout forever. They might not taste as good. But if you are eating food that was best by 4 years ago, flavor probably aint your biggest concern.
You have to use a phone or good glasses now days to see the directions,I wear reading glasses and still can not see some directions,I worked for the company that owns that,it is on the container, I worked there for 23 years,I handled that stuff a lot,but never thought about using it,it is called NI DO, SOUNDS LIKE DOE,some people pronounce it different, they have BOOST,and a lot of other products,I hate the got rid of the candy.
I have worn glasses for 60 years. Over the past couple of years my eyesight has improved. 3 weeks ago I quit wearing them at all. I still try to push them up all the time and look for them when I start to leave in the morning. My parents drank that Boost stuff when they had cancer. Did they quit making the chocolate bar?
@@georgiaobserver my grandmother drank Boost before she died, she did not like it,I told her they make several flavors,Nestle sold the candy part of the business several years ago,we used to get big candy boxes every year, for holidays and birthdays.
