One big mistake people do in their weight-loss journey is that they might eat healthy full day but in evenings they have tea with digestive biscuits thinking its healthy.
But its not the truth.
♦️Digestive biscuits are highly loaded with salt. 4 digestive biscuits have same sodium content as a pack of potato chips.
♦️They offer zero nutritional value and have nil vitamins and minerals.
♦️These biscuits are highly processed and are packed with preservatives in order to increase the shelf life.
♦️They have 10% saturated fat from altered vegetable oils, which are unhealthy.
Most people also don’t know that these biscuits have more calories then other biscuits like parle g.
Digestive biscuits(100g)- 493 calories
Parle g (100g)- 451 calories
It seems unbelievable but it is true and parle g also contain lesser amount of fat and an equivalent amount of protein as that of digestive biscuits.
So my rating🌟 for digestive biscuits will be 2/10👎
For parle g my rating 🌟would be 7/10👍as they don’t claim any fake health benefits and are true to their saying.
