Hows the batteries last in freezing temps?

We bought this camera and it has been setup for about 3 weeks now. When we check the pictures, all that is recorded is pictures of me and my husband getting the SD card out to check it on our laptop. The pictures are just us and no pictures of anything else. However, we have an older camera also set up and there are many pictures of deer on that camera. What do you think we are doing wrong? Perhaps I have a setting wrong but you would think if it takes our picture it would take a deer picture. Perhaps we have a faulty camera. Thanks for your help.

That’s interesting. They are so simple and easy to set up. You may have received a faulty camera. The only settings that would possibly be wrong could be the time you have the camera active. You may have it set to only take pictures in daylight or at night but even then there should still be more than a few pictures of birds or raccoons and such. I think I would contact Stealth Cam and have them take a look at it. Possibly sounds like a faulty camera to me.
