Thanks gentlemen for the important subject. Slotting was a very important priority for the warehouse that i was working in. There were peak customer hours where the store staff would get multiple picking orders which we had to ready in a very short period. Correct slotting of items by doing a continuous research helped us in fulling the picking order in the shortest possible time.
