Hi sir Dashboard extracts failed on the server by 120 min but it's refreshing on the tableau desktop within only 5 min I don't understand the problem.

Hey hi Mrumesh, Usually this can happen if there is any connectivity issue with the data source / set please check that once and ensure the connectivity is smooth. If the connectivity is good then the resource might not be available at that particular moment making it fail. Check whether there are any parallel jobs running along with it. If not it might be the problem with the volume where extract is not able to do. try checking the backgrounder count with the help of server admin so that they will help you with the resource availability or to increase any resource as per your company norms. I hope this resolves your issue If yes or no please do let me know.. This might help others with your solution
