You reminded me how I am the only one who can implement changes in my life or business and build upon it. It’s hard to hear my self or I lose track of my self when 90% of people who I work with is few decades older than me. I am going to change my work style and environment and see if I function better. If you set an alarm to wake up, even an extra 15 minutes earlier each day or every couple of days will help with your routine 🙂

Really enjoyed this video! Also perfectly timed as a break in my essay writing (only 2700 more words to go...). Love the tips, I find it so helpful to get out of my house and study at a café with less distractions, and I try to schedule study dates with friends to get shit done! Exactly what I needed. Have an Astronomy exam Wednesday and have tried to study all weekend and it’s been soooo not productive. Tomorrow I’m literally gonna watch this again, before I go to the library to get my stuff together and Ace my test 🥰

Yes, this is a huge problem for me. Even though I set a timer for 30 minutes so I can take a walk around break. I usually hit the reset and 3hrs have passed while doing homework, poorly. I need to start thriving.

I recommend nespresso on Cumberland in Yorkville area. The times I’ve been especially at weird times during the weekdays I managed to get lots of studying and essay writing done! Also True Love cafe on Queen Street. The time I was there I was really impressed with the coffee and also it had a really nice chill vibe!!
