I am postpartum as well and been doing 30 minute workouts and learned that’s the sweet spot. It’s just enough to get a good sweat in but not overdoing it. Listen to your body!

I must say that I never comment on videos, but just wanted to let you know that you are doing great, and I love seeing how positive you are even when life with 2 newborns is crazy and unpredictable. I have a 4 month old son, and I know how stressful it can be at times, and I only have one. I also live in Boston, and have following you since before you hit 1,000 subs on youtube, and I just love to see how much you've grown in such a short time. I always liked watching your videos, because I found you so relatable, esp since we both are in the Boston area, and I have been with my husband for 16 years (since freshman year of college), just like you and Johnathan have been together forever! Then when I saw you announce you were having twins, and basically right about when I was due you quickly grew to. be my favorite youtuber. Most of the people I follow I had their new vids to my queue, but when I see you post a new vid I watch it right away. You're doing a great job mama!

I'm so happy that you and Jonathan have been able to find time for yourselves amongst the chaos of raising twins. Being a parent, man.. nothing else changes your life in such a drastic way and makes you realize how finite our time is here. Children grow so ridiculously fast. Still unfathomable that I have a 9 year old. Continuing to wish you all the good vibes for recovery. I remember it took me a very long time to recover after having my son so I completely feel for you

Glad to see all is well. I do have a suggestion. Have Johnathon do a few short videos of his advice to new dads / dads to be ... things he learned that might help the new dads relate to the changes that are coming, things that during the pregnancy it might have helped to know ahead and of course things that the first few months have taught him. From what I know there are not enough resources directed at what dads need to know and do. It is beautiful what you two have shared and now you four, just had a minute to drop in ... I only skipped over things here as life doesn't allow me the time to watch it all. I did see a couple of the parts with daddy holding the girls and that was a wonderful thing. As I told you when I first found your video I needed the joy and beauty you were sharing it brought good tears and emotions. While I still enjoy them I just don't have a lot of time, a friend is battling serious medical situation and my own health is failing. I will stop in when I can thank you for your update and lessons today.

Hi new subscriber here 🤗 I have a 9 and 7 year old also pregnant with baby #3, just wanted to let you know yes everything gets better, newborn stage is tiring but worth it but also when it comes to stages of age for babies and kids it can change in a instant 😅 The routine is down than out of the blue it’s different because of growth and teething etc but also keep an open mind to the change. When our routines were different because of babies growth I would always wonder why the change but it was do to the baby or child growing up. But it will become the new routine or will change back soon. Just think of it like how we change and grow. Also it’s ok to feel like you fail at being a mom, it’s ok to not always do something right away, your body literally grew human inside and it does need to heal, it doesn’t have to be perfect right away. Some women have the motivation to go for it, some don’t. It took me about 3 years after our 2nd one to finally mentally and physically be ready and love myself. But there is always hope, keep a positive lifestyle and mindset is so nice and you give that to us all. Thank you Enjoy your vlogs excited for more!

If you ever have a fussy baby that you cannot come down. Go outside walk with them but, most importantly walk barefoot it’s called the grounding technique and it’s worked on almost every single baby I have nannied they love it! :-)❤
