I'm Parker Rex, a tech startup founder and creator based out of West Palm Beach, Florida. I make videos about software development, artificial intelligence and the lessons I’ve learned over 10 years of working on startups. I've programmed full time for 2 years, before that I was a full UX designer, product manager and executive at a fast growing startup that exited in 2021.

the tree one was cool but it did not have enough data for me. I use pomodone + todoist + notion. those are my three productivity tools. Notion is used for databases. Each day I commit using notion [ I determine today's number, moon astro sign, etc ] in order to track trends and it's pretty much my digital dictionary. There's more to say but, I just wanted to tell you about pomodone. it is a great application.

Pomodone.. Never heard of it. it looks cool and works with all the big task management software. Im a huge fan of notion as well. I used asana at my last co, used to use todoist... and as of a week ago switched from Things3 to Sorted :). Sorted allows you to put time durations to tasks then has auto scheduling features so you can plan your day out.

@@parkerrex sorted looks cool, I'd like to see how well you are using it at 90 days. i go through a rigorous change workflow before adding apps. I tried Things3 and it was too much freedom. I liketh timing on this sorted app I also know my anxiety won't let me be great all the time and procrastination wins. ha. todoist lets me postpone. I track those using the API and try to keep them under 10%
