PRODUCTIVE DAYS IN MY LIFE: trying to get back into my routine (monthly planning, work-life-balance)

I really love hearing and seeing that you’re not always perfect, because that’s real life! That’s something I realized recently on my heath journey too, it’s not perfection that leads to change it’s just doing your best in the right direction. So we shouldn’t beat ourselves up for that, and I appreciate your honesty because not many health vloggers show that imperfect side of their life

It's honestly comforting to know that you also struggle with motivating yourself to work since it's all you. I have the same difficulty. Sometimes it helps me to think of my parents or partner that would benefit from me making progress in work (that I could give them some relief, providing them that extra security?)
