Something I found helped me stay off my phone first thing in the morning is having a physical alarm clock. It is placed on the other side of the room so I have to get up to turn it off. Plus it makes sure that my phone isn't the first thing I look at.

You should make a like monthly reset journal with like all the prompts you do use and then it’s a journal that people could buy for the whole year (by people I mean me I would buy something like that in a heartbeat 😂)

I know this is an old video (I'm slowly working my way through all your content!) but I had to comment to offer reassurance. You mentioned body confidence in this video and in another video you mentioned people thinking you're older than you are, which seemed to bother you a little. You should relax about it all. Because you live in London. I don't know about your joint household income or how you and your partner split things, but you've mentioned your wage in your old job and it wasn't high. What you need to realise is this. Most people in their 20s - First, don't own a house (or even a flat!) anywhere, not even a cheap place. Second, don't have a solid and settled enough relationship to co-own their home with their partner. Third, 95% (I'm guessing, but I'm a Londoner so it's an educated guess) of people in their 20s couldn't dream of owning property in central London. The 5% who can will mostly be stinking rich. Which means they can afford whatever fancy beauty treatments and personal trainers etc that they want. If they look more glowy than you or more toned, its the money they're throwing at it. So don't compare yourself living your normal life to them living their elite one. Poor people exist in London of course, but they'll be renting (and if it's central London it'll be a council house or at best a house share, nobody single and on average wage or less is affording renting a flat from a private LL in central London!), or they're living with family who bought their homes long ago before prices went crazy high. So that's why people think you are older, because you have your life together in a way that most 20 something's don't. Take those comments and opinions about your age as a compliment and don't be feeling insecure about ageing or your looks or anything else ❤
