the reason why your knees are hurting is because when you do a lot of cardio and walking your quad muscles tighten and get shorter, so it pulls on the knee. It feels like the knee is hurting but its actually your quad muscles that need to be stretched. solution: always do atleast 10minutes stretches at the end of each workout. x
