Make your office into a guest room with a pullout couch that turns into a bed! With the tv already in there it would work as the guest from but still as your office if you wanted to leave a small desk!!! ❤️

I think you’ll definitely want to work downstairs more because of the natural light and once you’re kitchen is done you’ll wanna be in your “new” space. I think as you’ve said before you have lots of guest coming like dom and your brother you could make your office into a half guest room/ closet room if you feel that you need more closet space.

Yesss.....the HUGE industrial fans for the water damage - ugh. My parents had terrible flooding in their basement a couple of years ago and had like 5 fans running all day and night. $500 though?? That is nuts. Hope it all gets fixed soon!! xoxo

Isn't the cloud couch a pretty low couch too? My only reference is David Dobrik's couch so I could be wrong lol, but I thought I'd put it out there since you said you didn't want low furniture and that's a lot to invest for something you're trying to move away from 🤎

I think it’s Lauren Elizabeth collection, Lauren did part ways with the brand so that might be why it isn’t mentioned but the sweater is on sale because of this!
