It does a lifesaver that's what I usually do when and it's healthier to prepare your own you have to sacrifice but it's your health that you taking care of so you would not regret it when you get older because that's what I usually do when I go to work I prepare everything so my kids can just cook whatever they want when they are already marinated like what you're doing with the
