Your persona point really resonates. I find myself juggling between blogging (and social media), genealogy, developing my Obsidian brain and playing World of Warcraft (as well as being a card maker and diamond painter, away from the computer) sometimes I can balance these well but at other times get stuck in one mode.
Ahh I'm so glad I'm not the only one. It's a challenging problem that I don't think the current ecosystem really helps to address. Thank you for sharing story!
@@BenCodeZen It is on one of the occasions he talks about ADHD I think it was near the beginning of the video about his home server, I followed the trail from there.
There is definitely a reason! Essentially people's names are something I refer to often, and the last thing I want is the auto-complete to compete with everything else that might match the person's name. By prefixing all names with @, this ensures a really smooth auto-completion process. Let me know if you have any other questions!
@@BenCodeZen Thanks for the reply! I really like how the @ looks in front of your people notes. Do you have a video walking more thoroughly through how you manage 'people' / contacts and interactions you have with people? I am have been trying to set up a contact managing system inside my obsidian vault with some success but would to learn more about your way of going about it!
@@JacksonMilesSpindle Good question! I've talked about it in the past, but it's time for an update anyhow. I'll add it to the backlog of things I'll discuss in a future stream!
