Okay, first of all: your eyes! They remind me of the leaves in the sunset. This video was great! I would love a video on recommendations on people wanting to get into colorful looks on their eyes. I’m always so hesitant to try them but love them on others 🥺
I’ve been binge watching all your videos while i recover from surgery!🥰 i absolutely love your voice plus i trust your input so much! You are one of the few RU-vidrs i trust fully. Please never change. Its nice to have a go to down to earth person.
🌺🌺🌺 QUESTION ANDREA!!! What is the difference between Catrice Tru and Catrice HD foundations?? The HD is my holy grail but I know you like both! Thoughts? I’m with you on FIRST DAY HAIR! Nothing better! And that ELF Cleansing Balm is such a lovely product!! 🌺🌺🌺
I love the elf makeup cleansing balm! I pretty much wear makeup every day and I really like it. It never feels greasy or like I have anything on my skin after I use. That inkey list cleanser sounds interesting, might pick that up. Btw the eyes are beautiful! I love those dark olive greens and gold.
Yes! I just love the elf Cleansing Balm so much. I haven't found anything that I like as much! If you try the cleanser, you will have to let me know what you think! I love that one and the Dermalogica Clear Start so much. Thanks for your sweet comment! 😊
Love the green goldish eye look. So pretty. Really like these kinds of videos. Always good to know what you used all the way to the end. And as someone who gets migraines from scents, thank you for saying some things are scented!! Hope you had a good Monday 🙂. Enjoy your week!!
I have a fair complexion, and I really liked using Ulta Beauty Bronze Self Glow Tinted tanning mist. It applies evenly, dried quickly, and gives me a very natural looking tan. It also lasts for about a week.
I love Tidal! I have very sensitive skin so I have to avoid fragranced skincare, but tidal smells sooo good, like cucumbers, and doesn’t bother my skin or eyes at all! And the texture is so lovely
I could not agree more about the elf cleansing balm ! My daughter is 13 and in performing arts school so she and her friends are all into the heavy eyeliner thing and she was staining all my towels removing it nightly before I got her the elf cleansing balm LOL I had spent upwards of like 20-30 bucks on those balms too! And for 10 bucks elf took the lead for sure LOL
@@AndreaMatillano yes! I can tell a difference if I skip the eye cream. You have motivated me to go through skincare and find what's open and use it!! Thank u!!
Thank you for the elf cleansing balm recommendation! I've never tried it and it is so affordable. The only other cleansing balm that doesn't irritate my eyes is the physicians formula, but it is a bit more expensive.
@@kelll3294 Thank you for the info! I usually use micellar water for my eyes because the PF balm is not doing enough of a good job! :-) So I'll try ELF!
I totally know what you mean about cleansing balms leaving your eyes blurry with a film ! I got some Eve Loam samples hella expensive Brand and I hated them the cleansing balm left my eyes so covered in film I was actually panicking I had to keep a cloth over my eyes and just gently rub then I used my contact solution to rinse them out , you should never have to literally continuously flush the eyes out after using a product safe the the eye area. Another one that leaves my eyes really cloudy and blurry is Clinique Take The Day off I found the Elf one and that’s what I stick with I find the entire Holy Hydration Line so so good , not just good for the price but really really good period , right now my entire skin care routine is The Inky List and I’m enjoying it but I like a few Elf products more .
Oh my gosh yes! It is such an uncomfortable feeling and it’s so hard to remove sometimes! I really don’t get why so many make up removers leave such a strong film on the eyes! Yes! The Inkey List and elf make so many of my favorite skin care products! 😊
Andrea, I have been using the Tula Skincare Glow & Get It Brightening Eye Balm. I have deep eye wrinkles (ok, I am older and almost 67 and nothing on this earth except for Botox will eliminate them--not doing Botox BTW) and I have noticed a softening of the lines. I also love to laugh and smile a lot, so I am fighting a losing battle. But the Tula seems to help and the stick lasts forever :-)
i loveeee your eyeshadow!!! green is one of my favorite colors and it looks beautiful on you. empties videos are so much fun to watch. omg, qvc is just DANGEROUS!!! i learned my lesson. 🤦🏻♀️
Love the ELF cleansing balm too. I am out but plan repurchase once I run out of other product as only can get it by ordering on website as haven't found any retailers who sell it in store in my Canadian province
Hi Andrea! Have you tried the Sephora cleansing balm? It's only $10 and it's a huge tub. It has never irritated my eyes and rinses so well! I've tried the Drunk Elephant and the Pharmacy ones and neither compare to the Sephora balm. Have a greet week! 😊
I just bought the Colourpop cleansing oil and I use that Paula's Choice liquid exfoliate and it's a holy grail for me! I had a sample size of that dry shampoo and I believe the hype, I need to get a full size but hopefully I can buy it when it's on sale. Lol
Andrea, you should try the No. 7 The Full 360 Ultra All-in-One mascara. It's amazing. I heard Jessica Braun talk about it and it did not disappoint. It's my new favorite, it beats any high end ones I've ever tried.
Happy Monday Andrea! I think I’m going to try the It Cosmetics eye cream 🙂 and the Paula’s Choice exfoliant is in my basket waiting for the Sephora Sale
Those are definitely two of my favorites! I hope the Sephora sale starts soon because I need to grab a few things but I’m trying to wait for a discount. 😂💗
@@AndreaMatillano me too including the ND Retro palette 😍😍😍 If you willing to try another eye cream I recommend the Glow Recipe Avocado Retinol eye sleeping mask 👌🏻👌🏻
you should try the clinique all about eyes rich eye cream, i had severly dried out undereyes after the milani make it last setting sprays dried them out, and the eye cream fixed it after days. hope you are having a good day
I may have more than 5 moisturizers open... and didn't realize that was a problem! I just discovered a sample of the Tatcha Water Cream and holy goodness, I do not need another pricey product to love but it's amazing! I'll definitely pick up the elf one.
I really love switching between different formulas so I have a hard time only keeping one open at a time! 😂💗 I actually haven’t tried that one! I wonder if it’s similar to Sunday Riley’s Tidal, which I love. Have you tried that one?
@@AndreaMatillano I haven't. I may consider it since they have a mini-size! I just ran out of my Clinique Moisture Surge Hydrating Supercharged Concentrate - I love a gel in a pump. But it goes by so fast I was thinking of going back to the Belif True Cream Aqua Bomb. But Ulta has the face cream version of the It Cosmetics eye cream you love on sale on Thursday, so I may get that one. I have a good serum routine and now I'm on moisturizer overload!
I loooove this eye look! I have the same hair washing schedule. I have a hybrid between my mom and dad's hair so while it's fine, it's really coarse and there's a decent amount of it. My mom was in the icu, they didn't wash her hair for 3 weeks (!! Yes i know, i couldn't do it myself bc she was trached) but her hair didn't get greasy or anything. The one nurse asked me if i could just braid her hair (idk why they would just assume she would want braids) bc it was too hard for them to work with/ around. Idk why it offended me but it did. Then when it comes time where they got a cap for the trache so they could wash her hair, they had me wash & style it! Sorry i went on a rant lol. Point was, i could go about a week but i also prefer fresh hair! I use a co-wash 2x/week then a really scrub it up once a week. I actually just really like the smell of clean hair.
Hawaiian Tropic Sheer Touch Reef Friendly Lotion Sunscreen will not mess with self tanners. Any sunscreen marked REEF FRIENDLY is fine to use over self tanning products .
Personally I also see a difference with my Loreal eye cream. I get a bit upset when people say I waste money on eye cream cause skin care is such a personal thing. I even gave it to my husband to try since his skin is so dry and he likes it so much. I tried a couple of them and keep going back to the Loreal one.
I would love to try the elf cleansing balm but it still has polyethylene in it which the DE one does not! The DE one is the only cleansing balm I’ve found that doesn’t have that as an ingredient!
I love your videos Andrea !! We have totally different skin types and textures but because of the way you explain things , it still really helps me figure out what stuff can work for my dry skin or I use alot of your recommendations for my 13 yr old daughter who is hitting puberty hard and has really oily skin and hair right now! Speaking of which , any recommendations for dry shampoo that doesn't leave such an obvious white cast ?!? My daughter has black hair with bright red and bright violet hilights throughout... So it's tough for her with the white powdery cast from alot of dry shampoos ... 🤗🤗
What are you wearing on your eyes? Khaki/olive greens and gold - it's a gorgeous look. Vid please, 🙏😊 I haven't got through ANYTHING this season except a Klairs Soft and Airy sunscreen (definite repurchase). 💕💕💕
Thank you so much! I used the new ColourPop It’s a Mood palette! 🥰💗 Well that’s a good sign you used up a sunscreen! It must mean you are consistent at applying it! 🙌
Used lately: CG lashblast mascara primer (not sure if this or the essence is my fave), TF BTW foundation (CP Hydrating is my new favorite), Tarte Maneater mascara (good, but not as good as the It superhero or essence lash princess Green one). Australian Gold tinted sunscreen. Already repurchased.
Oh I never tried the Covergirl primer! I think I will have to pick it up! 😍 Thanks for sharing some of the products you used up lately! I think I will have to check out that sunscreen too!
I actually haven't but only because I'm trying to finish up some of my open skincare! There are a few deals that have tempted me! I really want to grab the It Cosmetics moisturizer that's on sale in a few days but I just have so many open products. 😭 Have you purchased anything?
Have you tried the Nikkia Joy Cosmetics Velvet Finnishing Powder? I heard great things about it and it is supposed to be good for oily skin so maybe it could replace the two-faced one
It’s so strange that the lash it loud gave you length! I feel like I had the opposite experience. Volume but not length and I keep poking myself in the eye trying to get more out of it. Hopefully it improves with age. So weird how that happens! Thanks for your views!
I also really love having an eye cream in my skincare routines! I also really like the Elf Lash Out Loud mascara once it has been opened for a while! I purchased the Buxom lipstick in Goddess. I'm just curious if you or anyone else has tried this color?? Thanks so much!😉❤️
Have you ever had allergy testing? I kept thinking I was having all sorts of allergies but it turns out it’s dust mites so I’m always suffering with allergies because you can clean a ton and dust will still exist in your house and other places. 😭
Really number 1 cleansing balm I almost bought it at ulta this weekend but I was so unsure I put it back my favorite is the farmacy and the clinique one but I was intrigued idk why elf skincare scares me so much..lol I think I'll go back and get it cant beet 10$ if it's that good, my favorite eye cream is the cosrx snail peptide eye cream it's amazing and not super expensive . The Farmacy BHA is not at the optimal ph as a exfoliator it's not as effective as the PC one it's not gonna get down as deep bha needs a ph of like 3 to 3.5 and the farmacy is like 4.5 to 5 so its not gonna be as strong on breakouts blackheads or exfoliating its gonna be more of a hydrating product I have both to cause I was going threw alot of bha trying to find one close to the PC but it hasn't happened yet but I did get a serum from tula I really like it's their bha probiotic serum and its unscented works nice.
Please please review the 2% salicylic acid gentle acne cleanser by Drmtlgy 🙏🏻 !! You and I use MANY of the same products (I use the elf cleansing balm, elf eye cream & paula’s choice BHA) so I feel like we have similar skin types. I agree, not a lot of complexion issues right now but I am always fearful of what it would look like if I stopped the BHA 😉.
