The brain drain is akin to a vibrant flower being transplanted from barren soil to fertile ground. Only after transplantation can the flower's true beauty be fully appreciated. Similarly, the so-called brain drain transforms into a brain gain when talented individuals are relocated from unfavorable environments to nurturing ones, allowing their skills and potential to flourish.

Firstly I would have love the prof. to ask what kind of leader was Mr olaolu while in corridor of power. What kind of adviser was he. Secondly, we had better restructure , that way our leaders can be constraints to be accountable.

HE RESPONDED ...I am a journalist who went on national service. I owe no political allegiances of any kind
