Prof. Shamand Basheer spoke on “Law and Storytelling” at the 53rd Lawyers Round Table (LRT) held on November 13, 2018 at Bangalore. Using the example of one of the most famous and fundamental tort law cases - Donoghue v. Stevenson, Prof. Basheer expounded on the important role played by stories in the development of law.
