This is one of my favorite series. I have a drawing from 1996 in a scrapbook. Seeing you improve from 24 years ago can really see where the love of art has grown through the years is inspiring. At least you can tell what the characters were then.

I second guessed my age for a minute there with the sonic piece! You mentioned 25 and all I could think was "Wait, 1999 wasn't 25 years ago? I was born in 98" Had to math through that one to make sure I didn't lose a year there 🤣

The no outline piece looks great. I would really like to see you do it more often. Without the basic line drawing, it makes what you draw look more real instead of just a drawing. If you get good enough at it, it can look like a real object sitting on the paper.

I recently comented that the Ohuhu Markers are the "Copic Killers" in a review video, they are becoming the best around for alcohol markers period! If I am buying any new alcohol markers they will be Ohuhu!

I feel like I’ve been loving adc more every since I found out he has Asperger’s syndrome and as a fellow artist on the spectrum I love seeing people like him flourish their skills in a world where people are kind of seeing autism as "a joke" rather than a condition that affects people all over the world, those who have autism or any other related condition have both talents and stories to tell and I hope that the future autism won’t just be something that Dhar Mann makes videos about but something that can and will change the world.

We must be around the same age lol. I was like 8 in 1999. However at that time I was drawing very ridiculous looking horses, "landscapes" and other animals. I got into drawing disney characters and comic book style stuff around 13 years old. Now I feel like I never get to draw lol but the stuff I do draw is kinda comic book style. Got into coloring with alcohol markers after watching you and Jazza.

Always been interested in art. Always been a doodler. When I was working as a web developer...I frequently made adjustments to designs of our artists to work for the websites I built. The only time I actually developed original artwork was with my avatar. It was originally just a sketch on a piece of paper that was derived from the Thor Motocross Logo. I eventually scanned it in, colored it and vectored it in Illustrator so I could use it everywhere. That probably dates back to the late 90's. I didn't get it vectored until I was working with those artists around 2013 and had access to the full Adobe Creative Suite for my job at the time. And you're barely into your 30's...yer not old yet you little whipper snapper. I was 13 when you were born. 😋

With the release of the new spider verse movie, you should do something like the style swap challenge but switched: take famous characters from famous art styles and draw them in a Spider-Man style to make your own sorta spider verse crew/give them spider sonas

My art teachers throughout childhood all beat down any notion of copying and insisting on original work only. My kiddo brain interpreted this as a “sin” of art, not realizing they were only warning against plagiarism. I instead began to berate myself for trying to emulate my favorite artist or characters and thinking of myself as a cheater when I traced photos in order to get the right proportions… as an adult I have learned better than to believe my younger mistakes, but the feelings are still there and it can be hard to keep making art anyway 😅
