Thank you for this video! I’ve never seen a better explanation of how to choose the correct shampoo and conditioner and also exactly how to use it for the best results. There’s so much misinformation on RU-vid so this video is very much needed.
I have been using the harmony hair bath for the past year and I really like it. I’m thinking of trying one of the conditioners, but my hair only seems to like and need a little protein, as it’s very fine. Would any of these conditioners be suitable?
