I wish to tell you that I watched this video once and lately I got a client with lower back pain. I worked the QL like you did (funny how I remembered every step 😅) and the client got instant relief. He couldn't believe..and I couldn't believe either 🤪 My heartfelt gratitude for your videos with very important techniques 🙏 May you be blessed & keep up the awesome work 🥳

I appreciate your thorough, clear and precise dialog. I took a deep tissue class years ago. Very similar instructions on the QL. Great refresher video for my practice. 👍

So informative Spencer! Thanks for another great video! One of my favourites out of what you have posted as it’s more deep and intense! I normally also like no talking but you make learning easy! X

This was great ! Thank yu for sharing - I’ve been binging on yur videos and I’m glad I have - the way that yu explain the muscles gives a beginner like myself more insight as to why it’s so important to first “know” the muscle layers. I begin school in the spring so I’m so grateful for yu ! ✌🏽💕⚡️ PS: shouts out to the camera man - awesome work getting those angles in so we can really see what’s going on 💪🏽👌🏽👀

I'm always worried that using the elbow is dangerous and painful. Plus knowing me I'd either hit something I'm not supposed to and/or slip. I only go as far as forearm. Would that be enough for this?

Hey baby, don't forget, if your client has a job where they are sitting a majority of the time and they complain about low back issues... many, many times it can also be the the psoas are shortened pulling on the lumbar in front of the QLs. Love, Peace & Namaste Baby!

Could you please do a video on accessing the ql from the front doing self massage? My therapist inflicts enough "discomfort" between my legs, hips and any other nuggets she bumps into. So I'd rather like to try and massage it myself. I already do an abdominal massage most nights when I remember and it does make a difference to my back pain the next day. Not a lot but enough to make it a bit more bearable. Thanks xx

@StarlitStar
@StarlitStar 5 лет назад
Please don't be, get yourself a massage to relieve the tension and muscle pain that comes from the condition. A reputable medical massage therapist won't be judging you. We want to help you feel your best.

For massage therapist that is normal. I see 3 or 4 people with scoliosis every week.

@StarlitStar
@StarlitStar 5 лет назад
@@SwimmerPrince actually that's a great start. Most people who get massages feel the same way you do. We all have insecurities of some sort. Receiving massage will connect your mind and body, and help you realize what a miracle your body truly is. Once you get past the initial trepidation, you'll be a pro! It's worth it, I promise. :)
