I don't remember this show , must not have lasted very long . Glad you found it , it's funny andy corny , just like I always liked 'em in the 50's 😂 Back then pretty much all programs were family friendly and the commercials too , heck the Saturday cartoons had more violence than prime time programs .😂

Looks slapstick-style compared to Beaver. But the name reminds me of a show I had forgotten for decades: Bachelor Father!

I never see Daniel Boone mentioned in all those old TV show videos. There's even home tours of TV homes, like All In The Family, Brady Bunch, I Love Lucy, Green Acres, Family Affair, etc. But not even one remembrance video of any of the 165 episodes of Daniel Boone. I saw it through the perspective of Boone's son in the 1960s and recently watched every episode again and I naturally see it through the eyes of "Dan'l" and his Coonskin cap.

Fascinating to watch ! Thanks for uploading ! I can see why it wasn't renewed. Good cast but the writing is rather blah. At least now we know June Cleaver had a previous husband & family before she started a whole new marriage & family with Ward Cleaver. Intriguing that that even during her first marriage she loved to wear dresses & pearls around the house....

I like that’s it’s an early sitcom but it’s just not very funny or interesting.

No wonder it got canceled. It's not funny. From the Wikipedia article: Critic Jack Gould panned the program's first episode in a review in The New York Times, writing that the premiere "was only a frantic and amateurish facsimile of farce, a witless mishmash that in any other medium but TV would have closed the same night." Doesn't seem too harsh.

Would you PLEASE have more of these 1950’s Clean AND Decent family style family sitcoms so that we viewers can watch with our family members WITOUT BEING DISGUSTED AND EMBARRASSED, PLEASE?

If it were that easy, honestly I don't remember the show either, I'm 55 and I forgot it what kind of bigoted world we grew up in! I don't know where systemic racism came from?😕

So... June got a "pearl necklace" before she met Ward. Lots of familiar faces... but the show was still awful.
