Very cool! I'm tempted to get the A1 to replace my A7IV but I'm trying to stay strong, hoping A1 II comes out next year.

Do you need the speed and/or the video functions of the A1 !? I think the Sony A7RV (or Sony A7RIVA) is a better options if you do not need the extra speed and video functions !

I’m sure the 400/2.8 is her work horse for professional sports.

I have the Sony 135mm 1.8 GM, it is a great Lens, but a bit too big and heavy. For 85mm I prefer to use the excellent and light weight Zeiss Batis Sonnar 85mm 1.8 T* which is so easy to handle and use ! I never use zoom Lenses, I do not like them !!! Accessories in my bag are extra batteries, extra memory cards, a blower to dust off sensor and Lenses, if I need a tripod, then quick coupling plates. Sony needs more compact long tele, light weight Lenses, like fx the new Sigma 500mm 5.6 DG DN OS Sports which I bought !!!
