Crafting just keeps getting deeper and deeper. Lol, I wasn't even interested in vanilla when it was much much simpler. However, these new changes are kind of inspiring to make a crafting only character to just farm mats and sell on AH until you're a millionaire.
Farming mats is only worth it very early, up to 2 weeks, on expansion launch. If you don't want to juggle 2 accounts for playing and crafting/selling, your best option for goldmaking is either 2x4 farming or weekly quest spam on alts.
@@hexx_4093 This all depends on how people play the game and what they deem worth it. But yea first month of an expansion is always the most crazy for any kind of goldmaking
It is just inspiration in a new and better package but just timegated in a different way - the recharge values and how much is needed for each craft depending on skill level and such keeps changing for each profession on the beta. It could become great though
Inspiration was to no small degree timegated too since you had (through Artisans Mettle) a limited amount of Illustrious Insight crafts per week, which was especially low once you were out of new recipes (or your only recipes also required a lot of artisan's mettle), Concentration seems like a clearly better iteration of that by making it an specific amount baselined to all professions and having only a daily timegate, plus apparently being it's own thing unlike Ilustrious Insights via Artisan's Mettle, which you also used for many other recipes.
Thanks for a nice video! I have a question. Do I need to max Dragonflight mining before I get Khaz Algar mining? 😅 Or can I start with Khaz Algar mining right away?
Hello. As someone who doesn't have access to Alpha/Beta. Once again do 90% of the crafting recipes locked behind rep you have to grind? As an Altaholic rep grinding is a major issue. Thanks
@@Zanzarful As I'm an Altaholic, and they still seem to have locked rep behind single characters, I need help to grind rep for me. Not in Beta so can't even test this out Thanks
Warbands will make this a lot easier, TWW reputation will also be account-wide. Whatever character has the highest reputation is what your alts will show, obviously there's some limitations for how fast you can farm rep still but yea, much better
Better, but still not great for those of use with a more significant number of alts. It would work better if they had made it so that the first character to get a rep for a quest got 100%, and the later ones got 25%. They have the mindset of people with 1-2 characters and do the daily/weekly quest to grind the rep overtime on the same character.
I think it's fine to have the limitations that are in place now - but any system they decide to make could be balanced to make sense so i'm not against making it even easier for alts
Do you know if crafting orders will be cross realm like everything else? Can your horde crafter on server A craft stuff for your Alliance toon on server B?
I appreciate this video because I'm learning as much as I can before TWW launch. One piece of advice from the viewer perspective: you mentioned @ 10:06 previous videos that you made, you should link them in the description so you can get more views and make the experience better.
I usually do link to them or have them in the end screens - i actually put together a playlist a couple of weeks ago where everything TWW related is, that is now linked in the description :D appreciate ya
The profession systems are completely seperate, nothing dragonflight related will work for TWW professions. So there's no point in getting any dragonflight stuff unless you want to use it now of course
Do you know if we'll have specific tables for example Tailoring as we did in Dragonflight? Chrono and Azure, now dusk and dawn? Or will they be craftable on the regular table?
