The first performance question at 30 mins, does it matter which IP I put for source and destination? Like could I flip rule 1 and 2 IPs and it still be considered correct? If not could someone explain why that is?
It does matter which IP address is the source and destination. A stateful firewall evaluates traffic flows based on the device originating the flow (the source) and the device receiving the initial request (the destination).
@@professormesser Awesome, thanks! When I took the 401 I think I got cofused on this and might have messed it up. Passed though but this has lots more stuff I am unsure of. DoD doesn't do much cloud and I feel the 601 is somewhat heavy on it from what I've looked at
Taking the 601 on this coming Monday. Everything is pointing to that being the harder exam :(... if i fail the 601 im gonna schedule a 501 exam for a couple days later
If you're studying from materials that match the SY0-601 exam objectives, then you should take that exam. I would not recommend studying from materials designed for one exam version and taking a completely different exam version. There are significant differences between the exam objectives, and those differences would certainly be detrimental to the test taker.
