Impressive how he can juggle being a villain scientist/businessman, and still be a good husband and father to his daughter, step robot children, and son XD
And then he couldn’t follow through, cause he’s a pushover when it comes to disciplining, and thinks giving them presents solves the issue. No wonder the Fink is spoiled and bratty, he lets her get away with so much.
@@trika91 yeah but it’s kinda sad since in a episode fink asks him to spend some time together and he’s like “ what if you just go play with your presents “, instead she lies sadly down on her bed, tbh I think pv is trying to solve some problems with presents and that’s obviously not working-
I loved Professor Venomous from the beginning, but I was surprised that Boxman actually ended up being one of my very favorite characters by the end. He went through way more than any cartoon villain should lmao, seriously, oh my cob he needs therapy or something (although I guess he achieved that with finding inner peace and all) Btw I could make a whole paragraph on why Boxman's totally awesome, he's like the pinnacle of a cartoon villain. But he's oddly realistic with emotions and stuff. He has character growth too. It hurt so bad when he had like... actual emotional lines, because of how goofy his character tended to be. The ending of Carl where Shadowy Venomous happened and it panned over to him, next door, devastated and in disbelief... that killed me. He's a cartoon villain, so a moment like that that's so grounded in reality and utterly heartbreaking is very impactful. All he wanted was a family, and he was happy with Venomous, that moment was painful as all hell.
Yes that’s why I love there last bit together where he gives boxman a cake with sorry it shows how they grew together and very much cared Also them being married-
My god. . .Venomous and Boxman will be always my favorite cartoon couple ever, their relationship is just. . I don’t know how to describe it, they are just. . unique and too cute together. It breaks my heart everytime I remember that the show is cancelled, because I will never find a couple like them in other cartoons :(
Christ I need to rewatch this show, I love this man so much, he's trying his best to be a good dad and is just,,, failing, loved him after he and boxman started dating, there is no way that is platonic, they're in love Edit: I know they're married, these Bitches gay, good for them, good for them/ref
@@thecouncilofdoom I just watched all of it in the span of a few days with my siblings, and I kid you not, I started crying after the final episode. I felt sad it was over but more than anything I was crushed to know we'd never get lgbt representation like Professor Venomous and Boxman again. They're just special in a way that I don't think could be replicated. I wish we could've gotten more. Representation matters to me, especially in cartoons, so I was like... devastated that was over.
@@offbranddorito9668 exactly !! they had so much more plans for the show, it really is a shame they had to end it early :"( the show has such an amazing energy to it, it seriously does make me happy
@@offbranddorito9668 fr, and they never made them being gay any special thing, it was basically like them saying "oh were gay btw. ANYWAY LETS DESTROY THE UNIVERSE" I loved it
Words cannot express how much I love the fact that he's so impressed by Fink's paper hat despite being an evil *genius.* *"Wow...* How'd ya do that...?"
Their father/daughter relationship is surprisingly wholesome; especially compared to how he treats his bio-kid, K.O. He’s like a dad who loves his adopted daughter, but doesn’t really fully grasp parenting too much, and ended up spoiling her by letting her do whatever she wants and giving her gifts to get her to behave/not bother him when he’s tired/busy. He’s very affectionate and caring to Fink, compared to how Boxman treats his “children”, but is not very good at disciplining.
it's probably because he raised Fink as she was growing up, and only really got to know KO after 6-11 years of his life have already passed. KO doesn't like him (rightfully so, considering, well, EVERYTHING), but still gives him a chance. It's still awkward though 😔 When it comes to Carl though, it wasn't Venomous and it was Shadowy pretending to be Venomous, so it makes sense that it was a lot more awkward then-
Probably because he never saw himself as a father, but a boss to Fink. So when he turned out to be an actual father he just, didn't know what to do. Plus KO probably reminded him to much of POINT
I’m surprised that A)Professor Venomous wanted to have partial custody of K.O. and B)The courts and K.O.’s mom were okay with his supervillain father having partial custody
These two make me want to be a villian. The thrill of making the heroes take you seriously, the joy of just creating pure chaos and the excitement to gloat about your power to be defeated by them, only to return stronger than before. None of these murdering psychopathic "villians" who kill or go too far; but the ones that have joy in being evil. I miss guys like these two, the whole "Skeletor" vibe they have. Skeletor might not be edgy or overly serious in the old series, but you got to admit; he's having fun!
I just realized he has a widows peak. He just pulls it off a million times better than the usual widows peak guy I see. That being vegeta dragoned ball
Like Prof. Venomous, Shota Aizawa has a dark, villainous-looking exterior and an annoying loud partner (Present Mic, his Voxman)... But he clearly has a capacity for loving others, and looks out for a little girl who pretty much the whole fandom regards as his daughter (Eri, his Fink). Yeah, the parallels are there.
I remember me first seeing him. It was a fanart that my friend showed me and they were so happy to talk about this character. I found him cool. And now that after years I finally dedicated myself to watch the whole show... I do not regret.
What makes this funnier is that Professor Venomous is voiced by Steven Ogg The man behind Trevor Philips (Grand Theft Auto V) and Simon (The Walking Dead)
I realy hate the seen whene professor venomouse grabs ko like that and throws him whill fink he docent treat her like that. In the last epesoid he teamed up with shadowy figer TO USE HIS SON to destroy the world and and in the last secen whene carol ad gar and his freiends were there to celebrat his birthday but his father wasent in any of his birthdays
Venomous at the drive through. Venomous carrying his little sleepy rat daughter. Venomous teaching his hero son about the dark side. Maybe it's because I'm older now but I really dig heroes and villains who are good parents.
A character who from not appreciating what he got (mediocre hero powers in his mind) he became a person who appreciated what he gained (villainous fame, glory and power). We need more former best heroes, who willingly became worst villains and never regretted it. Who in fact love being a bad guy more than ever being a good one in the past.
