Thanks for the video. I'm very keen to try Prophilo on my arms as well. Would you say it was worth it?

I think this is something I would not have i trust good diet and weigh bearing exercise I might take a different view if I had been overweight and or loss weight resulting in excess skin, each to their own 🙏
