hello Brother, firstly thank you for your efforts, I tried to apply your instructions carefully to my G120 drive, but the motor remain stopped, knowing that i didn't have any communication issue, i was able to pass to the online mode without problem, to make sure that the telegrams pass to the drive i opened the drive diagnostic window (in online mode), just to watch the control word, and there i realised that although i move the hex value to the address, the control world remain in it's prior value, it doesn't change ..., so please if there is something that i should do with the drive, perhaps some prior configuration... please tell me, i'm stucked in this point..
If your value is not change. Means communication not done properly. Plz. Again check. Inside drive check communication paramer. That should be process field bus....
@@DhavalVoratechsystems yes it doesn't change, but when i start the drive from the local button (the green) the motor run, and moreover i can perseive that the first bit of the control word pass to 1 (from the diagnostic window), so as you said maybe i missed something in the communication parameter, but how can i get into this parameters and how can i edit it, (do you talk about the p1000 ? )
hi Dhaval, i want to run drive from control panel but when i click the drive on(green button) i m getting this alarm Switch on disable active (ISCOA: 30020) The switch on disable of the drive is active! how can i solve this problem ?
Hi, I have to program a G120 CU240E in a grafcet so it can control the speed of a washing machine motor, the point is I can't figure out which are the words in need to make this possible as it to make the G120 switch to an ON state we use 16#47E, which registers do we use to increase or decrease the motor speed?
Hi dear, As per your mail, check below details. For control word : check I/O's address of PLC & first pass 16#47E , after for enable pass 16#47F For speed reference : pass 1word value on IO's address. Example : My s7-300 PLC if I take free Telegram then it will assign starting 256 address. So, -first pass 16#47E in pwq256. -After second cycle pass 16#47F in again same PQW256. -Next loop take memory or analog value iw64 & pass to PQW258.
