It was a great collaboration where they didn't look like a backup band but a perfect blending of both Polyphia and Sophia Black and they both shine through.
from my understanding, polyphia wrote the music and Sophia added the vocals to it. So she had to find ways to keep up. That ABC run is 26 notes, so she decided why not just do the alphabet
This song is an incredible match of Polyphia's rock/trap beats with an amazingly talented vocalist. I swear, everything these guys touch turns to gold. I can't wait to see them when they finally reschedule their Fort Worth, Texas show!
I beg to differ I felt the vocalist had to keep up with the guitar part. I think she intentionally used the alphabet to show she has some chops herself. Regardless , Polyphia shows they dont want to be boxed in no matter what we people think.
