Progesterone Injection Advice from a Real Patient 

I'm on week 5 of PIO and I put the syringe under my arm pit after filling. I usually hold it under there while I'm getting in a brief morning walk so I can multi-task. I haven't tried the heating pad before the injection but might try it. I've been using ice instead. I know some say ice can cause butt lumps.

After 300 rounds, you should be nearly immune from the negatives.
