You didn't show us how to can meat. You showed us how to put the meat in a jar. I don't need a refresher on that. I need a refresher on canning meat.

hahahaha true also soaking the cap in warm luke water ye that's gonna work + cleaning with a paper towel :)))))))))))))) that's infested with all type of bacteria :))

Hi - thanks for great video - good and factual. I had lid failure on 5 of my six bottles that I canned correctly in my All American Pressure canner. Can i use my vacuum sealer Ball jar attachment to vacuum the jars? I dont really want to redo the bottles and over cook the meat. Can you advise me. thanks Di

Same way, if you do raw pack if you cook meat you have to add liquid or broth to one inch head space. Theres lots of videos on pressure canning. Type in pressure canning chicken, or beef or pork there are alot! :)
