A few questions... What cable did you use, was it connected to the obd? Also where did you download the software (will it work on Windows 10),and do you know if this will work on 2018+? Our Australian models don't have that auto window roll down feature.
The cable I used was just a regular techstream cable on amazon. If you dm me I can send you the link. The software your download from the cd it comes with it or just from a site. As far as 2018, I can’t promise it will but my friend car was a 2016 and it worked! It’s worth a try! Hope it helps
@@Jonathan.Nguyen actually I've come across a unit called Carista and it appears to do the same thing wirelessly and with a smart phone app, but thank you for showing us this video as I wouldn't have known there were such devices out there to modify car features.
@@Jonathan.Nguyen true its about $15 for a month, but I think it's worth it. I'll just use it once, makes all the changes, and should I need to make the change again in future I'll just pay the $15 again. That's more convenient than having to grab a laptop, which you may not have on the go. I do wish they did activate remote start on Australian cars (law doesn't allow it here).
