From kk2 Boards to the naze 32 to the dodo
I put this together. Its a ton of fun little clips Ive made over the course of the 15 months Ive been flying fpv from start to finish. It really shows how much practice and the changes in equipment alone have changed the way I fly .
When I started out I had no real guide to this. Pretty much built a bunch of flying turds til either I found the right stuff or they finally came out with good fc esc ect... Hope you enjoy. sorry for my slack ass editing skills

Dude, randomly stumbled on this while binging drone vids. Me and my girl take our dogs to that same ball park all the time, last year we saw a guy zippin around with a nice ass drone. People who think they`re better pilots, people who don`t like the music, people who don`t like the image quality, people who had this in the suggestions but didn`t want it, people who don`t like the editing, people who just have a bad day etc etc.. If a really good video has more than about 1000 views, 10% is pretty normal, because people will dislike for any amount of reasons ;)

It's true... guys like Steele, Chad, and many others are at a much higher level of skill, and art. Honestly I think it's a way for us to express ourselves thru the flying. I admire a lot of pilots

Last week my practice multicopter flew away, partly pilot error, partly radio interference. That was €120 down the drain. I have a Phantom but that flies itself. I have 2 more qauds on order a tiny whoop clone, & a 4" Monster. Im going to be too nervous to fly them. Any advice?

My advice would be to practise with cheap toy-grade quads that are fully manual. Over four years ago, my first quadcopter was a Syma X1 which I paid about $40 for. I wasn't bad as a beginner but I lost it to a fly away only after a week of using it. I then got another X1 which I had for a few weeks but then that one had a fly away too. I then got a third X1 but that had a fly away as well. Over time, I got better at flying and I haven't had a fly away for years. Though of course fly aways can occur for all sorts of different reasons. They can occur when you least expect it.

What would you do if you out flying, do a flyby of where you're controlling from, and in the camera you see some figure slowly creeping up behind you with something in his hand, or even someone hiding in some bushes just staring at you?

Watching this was a huge encouragement to me since I just finished building my first racing last week, been flying it quite a bit and still haven't left horizon mode. I got discouraged when plowed into a branch and dropped it about 25 feet, exploding a couple props, but the only real thing I hurt was my pride. I can see I've got a ways to go, and your vid perked me right up. Thanks boss!

Congrats, this video mate me stay in the hobby. The first few weeks where so tough for me because I just was focused on not smashing in the ground that I almost quitted. Amazing progress! Respect! Mostly I liked the fact that you have steady filight, and even in free style you have strategy without extreme flips and rolls which can make the viewer dizzy. Very nice man! I really enjoyed it.

If you want to do it in 1 week. Get all the stuff ready and make sure you have everything you need to fly. Then buy a simulator and fly for 4 days NON-STOP. With a drone.similar to yours. The the 5th day carefully learn to do very simple things with the real drone, don't fucking bounce it into anything!!! And you better have spare parts. 6th day do a simple course. Maybe some spins high up in the sky. 7th day.. you practice some more, that evening you'll be intermediate with it. But it requires a full week of dedication, all day.

Great to see the progress in this sport, and yes it's a sport. Not for everyone but so many would love it if they try it. Good clean fun just like the old rockets of yesteryear. Rock on.

Awesome video. I love watching progression videos especially of a hobby I love. You progressed quickly to angle mode only after a few months. It took me almost 2 yrs. of racing in attitude to feel comfortable to go full time Acro. My problem was getting my Taranis expo set up properly so my controls werent so sensitive. Not only was building a drone and tuning a learning experience, but setting up the controller was, and is, still an ongoing experience.

Hell yeah brother, way to go, I am just making the transition to acro been flying in level mode for past 6 months built like 5 quads now I have very little time to fly right now but hope that this summer I will have a lot more free time to progress. I have been flying acro in the DRL simulator trying to get use to it, I still have not tried it in real life... I feel like I am so limited in level mode and am ready to just go for it.
